The Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship program was instituted by the Hungarian Government with the aim of fostering the internationalization of Hungarian higher education. Founded upon bilateral education agreements between Hungary and the sending countries' governments, the program spans five continents and operates in over 90 countries, drawing in tens of thousands of international students annually. Prospective candidates can choose from a diverse array of over 1200 full degree programs that encompass all fields of higher education at various levels, including part-time and doctoral programs.
