The 5th International Scientific Conference of Economics and Management Researchers (ISCEMR) will be held on June 25, 2023.

The online program of the conference, also organized by our partner university, the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), is entitled: "Women empowerment in science and their integration to labor market".

Since 2015, the University of Dunaújváros has been a partner of the UNEC institution in Baku, which, in addition to educational and professional travel programs for teachers and students, also involves joint scientific publication activities. Assistant professor Szilvia Kovács will also be heard as an invited speaker at the conference.

Many times, the obstacles, problems and challenges - such as work-family balance, horizontal and vertical segregation - that female researchers face during their careers are often not clearly visible from the outside. During the conversation, Szilvia Kovács will also present an assessment of these conditions and possible solutions in the context of Hungary.
