The University of Dunaújváros has been accredited for another 5 years!

On its meeting on April 9, 2020, the Board of the Hungarian Higher Education Accreditation Committee passed a resolution on the successful institutional accreditation of the University of Dunaújváros.

Back in December the 10-member committee of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee (MAB) visited the University of Dunaújváros to evaluate the operation of the institution according to the previously submitted Accreditation Self-Assessment Report and to examine the university's core business, operation, staff and infrastructure.

The resolution no. 2020/03/V/2. of the MAB Board declares that our institution can operate its quality assurance system based on the unified standards of European higher education (ESG 2015, Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area). The university's quality assurance and development processes are projected, and its planning, inspection, measurement and evaluation procedures are regular. There is a strong link between management processes and quality assurance processes, the management of education is appropriate, the management of research is good, and its direction is in correspondence with the institutional strategy. The supporting processes - financial, management, IT, facility management - and the infrastructure provide a good background for educational and research activities.

The University of Dunaújváros operates a quality assurance system in accordance with the ESG 2015 standards and guidelines, and quality assurance is a systematic supporting activity. The internal quality assurance system is able to monitor and evaluate the quality of the educational and research activities of the University of Dunaújváros within the scope of accreditation, and thus contribute to their quality.
